**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Baker and Packager Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

* Preparing fresh baked items daily for our members, following recipes and production schedules
* Wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures
* Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
* Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have
* Collaborating with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicating with team members, and being flexible to the needs of the business
* Operating baking equipment, maintaining and sanitizing equipment, and demonstrating understanding of product and layout execution
* Leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
* Ensuring commitment to operational excellence, maintaining work area according to company policies and procedures, and ensuring quality and date control standards for bakery items

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 18 years of age or older
* Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks at once
* Basic math skills and attention to detail
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

**Preferred Qualifications**
