About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Agent to join our growing team. As a Business Development Agent, you will play a crucial role in converting inbound leads into active customers through value-based selling. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to secure their homes, families, and pets. This role offers a competitive starting salary of $20 per hour plus commission, with an earning potential of up to $2250/month, along with exciting benefits and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist future customers in selecting the right system, products, and services suited to their lifestyle needs.
- Identify key insights into customers' needs and provide recommendations to help secure their homes.
- Follow SimpliSafe's sales methodology to ensure the highest level of respect, trust, and loyalty with our future customers.
- Perform customer follow-up activities, including quotes, information requests, and more.
- Properly collect and input customer information for proper customer identification.
- Make recommendations on special promotions and affiliated partners' products and services.
