**Position Overview**
As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling live chat inquiries from customers. This is a non-phone support role, ideal for those who prefer written communication. You'll answer questions, offer support, and ensure a positive customer experience all from the comfort of your home.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
* Provide accurate, friendly, and professional support
* Follow scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency
* Document interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records
* Work closely with the internal support team to escalate issues as needed
* Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace during your shift
**Requirements:**
* Must be a U.S. resident
* Must be 25 years or older
* No previous experience needed – full training provided
* Strong written communication skills
* Basic computer skills (typing, email, online chat platforms)
* Reliable internet connection and home workstation
* Must pass a background check (required prior to hiring)
* Ability to stay focused and meet deadlines while working independently
**Schedule & Pay:**
* Full-time: 8 hours/day
* Schedule: Monday-Friday
* Flexible shifts available
* Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour (based on performance and experience)
