**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Remote Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

* Providing direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, including crisis intervention services and risk assessments.
* Providing administrative and personnel support to clinicians, including reviewing chats and texts along with documentation of front-line clinicians.
* Assisting with training as needed, including developing and implementing training programs for clinicians.
* Providing on-call clinical support to staff as needed, including crisis intervention services and risk assessments.
* Answering calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct clinical support to clinicians, including crisis intervention services and risk assessments.
* Review chats and texts along with documentation of front-line clinicians.
* Assist with training as needed, including developing and implementing training programs for clinicians.
* Provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed, including crisis intervention services and risk assessments.
* Answer calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Hold a Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field from an accredited college or university.
* Be a licensed practitioner with a current and valid license, including LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
* Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Have a strong understanding of crisis intervention principles and practices.
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Bilingual in English and another language, including Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Burmese.
* Crisis and customer service experience.
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
* Strong knowledge of crisis intervention principles and practices.
* Experience with training and development programs.
