**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
* Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
* Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on the best destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
* Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
* Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base

**Qualifications**
