Position Summary
The Customer Service and Data Entry Representative will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for data entry, claims processing, and customer service, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements

- 18 years of age or older, or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
- Willing to submit to a background investigation, as any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Able to provide unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States, with arenaflex hiring U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents (note that temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)
Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on a shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. We will require proof of work authorization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information
You will be working closely with our claims coordination team to ensure that all administrative and staff support services are provided efficiently and effectively.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
