We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service and Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you will provide administrative and staff support services, ensuring the seamless processing of claims information. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team
- Entering claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Following up on missing information to process claims in a timely manner
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve issues and provide support
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
- Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working in a claims coordination or insurance industry
- Knowledge of claims management systems and software
- Certifications in customer service, data entry, or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages
