Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service and Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you will provide administrative and staff support services, ensuring the seamless processing of claims information. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team
  • Entering claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Following up on missing information to process claims in a timely manner
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve issues and provide support
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a claims coordination or insurance industry
  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Certifications in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
