**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for calling leads that have completed a contact information form and are expecting a confirmation call. You'll use a script to qualify the customer, confirm their interest, explain the service provided, and set a soft appointment. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a reliable computer, headset, and internet connection, as well as a dedicated quiet workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Call leads that have completed a contact information form and are expecting a confirmation call
* Qualify customers using a script to confirm their interest, explain the service provided, and set a soft appointment
* Use effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all leads
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance job performance
* Maintain accurate records and notes of phone calls

**Essential Qualifications**

* Previous telecommunication experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection
* Dedicated quiet at-home work setup
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to accept coaching and training to enhance job performance
* Ability to write a grammatically correct paragraph from notes taken during phone calls

**Desired Skills**

* Previous outbound appointment setting experience
* Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers
