**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through phone, email, and online chat channels
* Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**

* High-speed reliable internet (35mbps download speed or better)
* Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment and technology
* Recent work history, with no large gaps in tenure or recent history
* High level of food service/retail background, with a focus on customer service and sales

**Administrative Duties**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll also be responsible for:
