**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Inbound and outbound calls**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Customer account management**: Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to ensure seamless enrollment experiences.
* **Application data entry**: Enter customer data into our system accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**

**Preferred Experience**
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset.
