**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering a high volume of inbound technical phone calls from internal/external clients, trading partners, and vendors utilizing TriZetto products
* Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates (FCR)
* Following established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate resolution of issues of limited scope
* Documenting all issues, comments, and resolutions in appropriate software system applications
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalency
* An associate's or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred
* Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office, or coding/billing
* Strong technical competencies, including:
+ Proficiency in computer skills, including typing, navigating Windows-based platforms, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications
+ Strong customer service and quality orientation
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
* Behavioral competencies, including:
+ Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with excellent organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
