**Responsibilities**

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and empathetic manner
* Providing accurate and timely product or service information to resolve customer issues
* Following client guidelines and completing all required training to ensure seamless execution
* Accurately documenting all customer interactions to maintain a high level of quality and consistency
* Working independently to meet performance standards and achieve goals
* Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal productivity

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
* Comfort with basic technology and navigating multiple systems
* A reliable computer, USB headset, and internet connection
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required

**Job Type**
