As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. **U.S. Eligibility Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

* Be 18 years of age or older (or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract)
* Be willing to submit to a background investigation (any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation)
* Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
* Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Following up on missing information to process claims
* Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
* Compiling reports from systems with claims information
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients

**Required Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma
* 6 months to 1 year of work experience
* Basic computer and typing skills
* Strong attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**
