Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Content Insights Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, Content & Brand Insights, you will play a key role in providing actionable, data-driven customer insights to inform Development, Programming, Marketing, and Strategy decision-making for some of the most recognizable brands on television. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project management across all aspects of qualitative research (including logistics and coordination, assessment of discussion guides, stimuli control, and note-taking) and quantitative research (including reviewing questionnaires, proofing links, data analysis, and visualization)
- Support and manage ad-hoc requests by researching various sources (across both primary and syndicated research as needed) and then summarizing and communicating key insights
- Create impactful presentations and deliverables using relevant data visualization and the ability to edit/distill findings
- Provide insights into topics impacting our audience, including current content landscape trends and viewing behavior
- Ensure quality and timeliness of projects and deliverables by managing and coordinating with internal teams and external research vendors
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting/ conducting primary research projects – both qualitative and quantitative at a media/entertainment company, marketing agency, research provider, or brand consultancy
- Solid project management experience – focus on content research is a significant plus
- Self-starter with passion, energy, and exuberance to impact the future of content
- Confident presence – strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Exceptional organization, time, and project management skills; dedication to delivering high-quality work; unflagging attention to detail
- Flexible; embraces new assignments with a can-do mindset as priorities change
- Collaborative and able to work across multiple teams and establish strong relationships
- Skilled at data visualization and creating impactful presentations and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced computer skills; Keynote and SPSS experience a plus
- Experience with entertainment research and demos, including preschoolers/kids/teens/parents, is a plus
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychology, or Sociology.
