Key Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory, ensuring that all items are properly stored and accounted for
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up, paying close attention to detail and quality requirements
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment, using scanners to read bar codes on products and following prompts on screens for direction
• Troubleshoot problems and ensure that product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet, with equipment training and certification provided free of cost
• Lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, with a focus on safety and quality
