**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on our company databases and computer systems. Your primary duties will include:
* **Data Entry**: Inserting text-based and numerical information from source documents into our systems within specified time limits.
* **Data Compilation**: Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
* **Data Review**: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output for accuracy.
* **Research**: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* **Data Program Techniques**: Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
* **Report Generation**: Generating reports and storing completed work in designated locations, as well as performing backup operations to ensure data security.
* **Document Scanning and Printing**: Scanning documents and printing files as needed to maintain accurate records.
* **Confidentiality**: Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and ensuring that all data is handled in accordance with company policies.
* **Query Response**: Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files to provide accurate and timely responses.

**Qualifications**
