Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated remote data entry processor to join our team. As a data entry processor, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document classification, and manual identification of different types of forms. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
- Classifying documents based on client's requirements
- Working on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
- Complying with company policies and standards
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in an office setting
- Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Able to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Great customer service and excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail; must translate information effectively and accurately
- Ability to pass a typing test with 40 wpm+
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not required, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be considered an asset:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
