As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of all clients' data extracts and arenaflex's Proprietary Database
* Building automation, monitoring, and logging into multiple clients and systems, running pre-built reports and queries to extract data from some clients or picking up pre-generated data
* Transferring data to our servers, editing, auditing, transforming, and performing quality control inspections of data files
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and running different processes simultaneously on different computers in different windows
* Communicating with Management Level and above any client issues that arise, working collaboratively towards resolution with client/project teams
* Providing accurate and timely completion of all other tasks assigned by Management/Executive Management/C-Level
* Maintaining a high level of organization, punctuality, and reliability

**Schedule**

* Must be available from 3:30AM to 11:30AM PST

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A solid understanding of data management principles and practices
* Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle and its applications
* Familiarity with SQL or Python programming languages (a plus)
* Adaptability to change and a high level of resilience
* A willingness to learn new systems and technologies as our client base evolves and systems are upgraded
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration)
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Familiarity with cloud-based applications and data storage solutions
