**Key Responsibilities**

* Participate in remote data entry projects, including customer service, research studies, and product testing
* Complete tasks and micro-tasks as assigned by arenaflex
* Engage in online focus groups, opinion panels, and other research initiatives
* Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track your progress
* Meet the requirements of each study, including reading, writing, and typing at a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Participate in webcam studies and other multimedia projects as required
* Conduct studies using your smartphone or other mobile devices

**Requirements**

* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Must be a current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish is a plus, as it opens up more opportunities
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel is helpful but not mandatory

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory
* Experience with data entry, typing, and computer software is a plus
* Familiarity with online platforms and research tools is an asset

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
