As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for daily operational tasks related to file organization, maintenance, storage, and security. Your duties will include data entry, scanning, electronic data transfers, hard copy filing, and communicating with arenaflex personnel. Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming electronic and hard-copy records into arenaflex-approved storage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Prepare and scan hard-copy documents into electronic format, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with tracking custody of official files and their contents, whether in electronic or paper format, and respond to requests to locate, retrieve, return, or update items.
- Review electronic and hard copy files for accuracy and proper organization, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with the transfer, closing, retention, and cleansing of files in accordance with arenaflex procedures, ensuring compliance with our information storage and governance policies.
- Provide high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide input to management about workload and workflows, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures.
- Participate in special projects as requested, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook email, as well as familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers.
- Attention to detail and ability to comprehend and follow instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies and procedures.
