Job Overview

We are excited to offer a full-time Remote Data Entry Specialist position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as paid holiday, paid time off, 401K with company contribution, and tuition reimbursement. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
  • Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production.
  • Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
  • Performs the scheduling function for each case.
  • Through LIS enter demographics and customer information.
  • Print preference notes matching to case.
  • Move case into production area.
  • Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues.
  • Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage.
  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Respond to all inquiries from customers office.
  • Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required

The minimum education and experience required for this role are:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Some billing experience required.

In this role, you may be exposed to the following hazardous materials or equipment:

  • Disinfectant process chemicals.
  • Personal protective equipment as required.
  • Office equipment.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements for this role include:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach.
  • Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Repeated bending and kneeling.
