**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for accurately and efficiently entering new orders into our system. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working closely with sales and billing teams to resolve any missing information. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* General data entry, including accurately and efficiently entering new orders into our system
* Assisting with all data entry projects, as assigned by management
* Managing our order entry email account, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
* Communicating with sales and billing teams to resolve any missing information or discrepancies
* Entering new orders within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Performing all other duties as assigned by management, including data cleaning and reporting
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Data entry experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
* Basic knowledge of health insurance and medical terminology
* Experience working remotely, with a strong ability to work independently and efficiently
* Ability to type 50 words per minute, with excellent keyboarding skills
* Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Previous experience working in a medical system, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or medical billing software
