**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our US ERC Workforce Management team as a Senior Real-Time Analyst (RTA). As an RTA, you'll be responsible for real-time monitoring of service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances. You'll also analyze forecasted details, draft way-forward plans, and ensure peak readiness and headcount hiring.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

* Monitoring shift responsibilities, such as interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, and productivity, and calling out for corrective/supportive actions
* Ensuring each org/skill adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence
* Ensuring operational metrics, such as service levels, occupancy, PTL, and utilization, are met by all orgs/skills at a daily level
* Liaising with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned org/skill and working on gaps/opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics
* Ensuring timely closure of planning-related activities, such as training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning
* Mentoring and developing fellow RTAs with required WFM skills and knowledge
* Providing insights on metric misses with factual callouts and path to greens (PTGs)
* Ensuring expected processes are followed by operations and simplifying current processes to remove waste or non-value enablers

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll need:

* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, operations, or analytics
* At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as workforce management, operations, or analytics
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with workforce management software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**
