**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Typist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Processing sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality, using our proprietary SDU (State Price Unit) system
* Providing top-notch customer support to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures, and adhering to them at all times
* Working independently, with minimal supervision, to meet deadlines and achieve goals
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives and provide exceptional customer support
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and applying this knowledge to improve our services
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, and being flexible to meet the needs of our clients and team

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A secondary school diploma or equivalent
* Strong social skills, including courtesy, patience, and politeness
* The ability to accumulate, research, coordinate, and analyze data with accuracy and attention to detail
* The capacity to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
* Productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Flexibility and/or the ability to work overtime as required to meet deadlines and achieve goals
* A high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
