**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist), you'll be responsible for:

* **Data Management**: Diligently manage and update logistics information for assigned vendors, ensuring precision and timeliness in data entry and record-keeping.
* **Vendor Communication**: Proactively identify and resolve vendor or local delivery challenges to uphold seamless operations, engaging in open communication with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as needed.
* **Issue Resolution**: Escalate complex matters to supervisors for prompt resolution, ensuring that issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.
* **Collaboration**: Partner with cross-functional teams to rectify any inaccuracies in merchant data, gathering and aligning item-level data supplied by merchants with internal item identifiers and descriptions.
