About the Role
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis, with the option to work hybrid in the future. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing deals. Your strong background in sales and account management, coupled with your experience in sourcing candidates, will make you a valuable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
- Utilize your sales and account management skills to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our clients
- Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with our team to share best practices and continuously improve our recruitment processes

- A proven track record of success in agency-side recruiting, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process
- Excellent sales and account management skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and team members
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably on the agency side
- Understanding of recruiting business development and the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems and CRM software
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- A strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
