**Job Description**

As a Remote Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless and personalized experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

* Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed
* Administering check-ins and check-outs
