Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Live Chat specialist to answer live chats from customers and provide exceptional support. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and can work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. You will be responsible for responding to live chats, addressing customer inquiries, and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to shipping containers
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, including product details, pricing, and availability
- Utilize knowledge of shipping containers and industry trends to provide exceptional customer support
