**Job Summary**

As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Answering live chats from customers and providing exceptional support and guidance
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Collaborating with the sales team to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and performance metrics
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer live chats from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers, and make recommendations to meet their needs

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

* Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
