**Job Summary**

We're seeking a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering live chats from customers and providing personalized support
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing product information and recommendations to customers
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm EST
