**Job Summary:**
In this full-time or part-time remote position, you'll work closely with our utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
* Developing and maintaining a strong data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy
* Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
* Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, ensuring a positive experience for arenaflex customers
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement
* Develop and maintain a strong data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Leverage transformational technologies to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy
* Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
* Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 wpm)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
* Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, and development launch management and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
* 2-3 years of experience in customer service or data entry roles
