**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through effective communication and relationship-building
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image, both online and offline
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service delivery
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting
* Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and software
