**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
* Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through effective communication and relationship-building.
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions with customers.
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service operations.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
