About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solar Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by generating leads, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments for our Solar Consultants. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels, including canvassing, events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our solar energy solutions.
- Engage potential customers in conversations about solar energy and its benefits, building rapport and trust with each interaction.
- Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants to conduct in-home or virtual consultations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately record lead and appointment information in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent our company in a professional manner, upholding our values and mission.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solar Appointment Setter with a track record of success in setting qualified appointments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with potential customers.
