Position Overview

As a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer service workforce. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for customer service positions, from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding support. Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of customer service positions, including entry-level agents, team leads, supervisors, and specialized support roles.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified customer service professionals to meet current and future hiring demands.

Candidate Screening and Assessment

  • Review resumes, applications, and portfolios to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Conduct thorough phone screens, video interviews, and skills-based assessments to determine candidate fit and readiness for customer service positions.
  • Evaluate candidates for critical customer service competencies, including communication skills, problem-solving ability, empathy, patience, and adaptability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, team dynamics, and specific role requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate selection strategies.

Interview Coordination and Candidate Experience

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, status updates, and feedback.

Offer Management and Onboarding Support

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Recruiting Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably with a focus on customer service or high-volume hiring.
  • Employment Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, requisitions, and deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment.
