As a Remote Text Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer queries via live chat on business websites, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries
* Addressing questions related to shipping, returns, and product availability, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience
* Logging in to chat systems according to your flexible schedule and managing communications effectively until the end of your shift
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

**Requirements**
