**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* To be over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
* The ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills
* A comfort level with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
