Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Safety Analyst to join our team in Dallas, USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Safety department in various tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Audit, process, and analyze reports received through the safety reporting system
- Examine technical data from incidents, events, and risks, and identify, and interpret patterns or trends in complex data sets
- Track, analyze, and interpret data outputs from the organization's safety programs
- Aid in the organization of corporate databases for improved aircraft safety
- Support the Safety team in any necessary investigations
- Provide technical expertise to Management regarding data models, database design development, and data mining
- Plan and deliver safety-related reports and data to management and line staff in support of the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Aid in the development, implementation, and management of the organization's Safety Management System (SMS)
- Aid in the continuous improvement of the risk identification and risk assessment plans of the organization
- Support with organizational investigations
- Act as a safety evaluator for the Internal Audit Program, Safety Investigations, and high-risk areas of operations
- Prepare examination studies concerning flight safety trends
- Improve Safety Development by acting as the representative of the SMS
- Other duties as assigned
