**Key Responsibilities**

* Conducting outbound outreach to businesses and homeowners, securing appointments for free service estimates
* Professionally engaging with potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our services
* Maintaining accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions
* Optionally, engaging in direct-to-consumer sales, earning a commission of 20% on completed jobs
* Consistently meeting productivity expectations, booking an average of two appointments per hour
