**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and selling our diverse range of wellness services and programs. **Responsibilities**
As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Promotion and Sales**: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our wellness services and programs to potential customers.
* **Customer Support**: Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing queries, providing product information, and ensuring sales.
* **Continuous Improvement**: Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity to continuously improve sales strategies and customer support processes.
* **Data Analysis**: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* **Communication**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners through effective communication and negotiation skills.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum 1 year of sales experience**: Proven track record of sales success and a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
* **Graduate degree**: Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.
* **Excellent communication skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners.
* **Sales expertise**: Proven sales expertise, with the ability to effectively pitch and close deals.
* **Negotiation skills**: Strong negotiation skills to navigate various customer needs and preferences.
* **Content writing skills**: Proficiency in content writing, drafting emails, and creating engaging content for social media platforms.
* **Technical skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and WhatsApp marketing.
* **Reliable laptop and internet connection**: A reliable laptop with a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to focused work.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Hindi language skills**: Proficiency in Hindi language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* **Experience in the wellness industry**: Previous experience in the wellness industry, with a strong understanding of wellness services and programs.
