About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Security Risk Engineer and Data Analyst to play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic vision for our risk management program. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management program that advances risk measurement, statistical models, and impact analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective control plans
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to inform risk-based decision-making
  • Design and implement key risk indicators, contribute to the development of key control indicators, and key performance indicators for various programs
  • Apply statistical models to risk structures, including FAIR, Monte-Carlo with Spunky distributions, sensitivity analysis, and others
  • Utilize programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, and others to analyze and interpret complex data sets
  • Develop and maintain expertise in data security risk management, including the ability to foster loss event scenarios across operating organizations, specialty units, projects, and products
  • Interpret internal or external cybersecurity risk assessments in business terms and recommend a course of action
  • Develop templates and educational materials to support self-service risk management activities based on defined risk tolerances
  • Monitor and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of risk management processes

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
  • Proven experience in risk management, data analysis, and statistical modeling
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, including R, Python, SQL, and others
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop effective solutions
