The Client Interchanges group at arenaflex is responsible for all email, application push, and SMS communications between the company and its customers. As a Senior Analyst within this group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data analysis, marketing insights, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize channel performance
• Lead knowledge-driven roadmapping, identifying opportunities for channel improvement and implementing process enhancements
• Champion the application of statistical best practices and develop a flexible decision-making framework
• Streamline testing processes, including automated Python results pulling and customizable dashboards
• Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Engineering, providing expertise on data tables, information availability, and usage
• Develop and maintain versatile dashboards to track channel metrics and performance across stores and geos
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance analyses, draft stories, and respond to execution-related inquiries from stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills
