Job Overview

We are excited to offer a Senior Business Analyst Forecasting position in our Estimating group, where you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and developing cost-saving solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Global Support and Reliability Operations (GSIO) team to scale our business and improve our processes. Your expertise in forecasting, data analysis, and business process improvement will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the demand planning process for assigned business lines, ensuring that our forecasting models are accurate and effective
• Foster collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs across various teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, AI, and Workforce Management
• Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process optimization, and automation, and implement data-driven process enhancements to enhance existing workflows
• Simplify and scale our current planning process to meet the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product managers, and engineers, to ensure that our forecasting models are integrated with business requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• More than 3 years of proven expertise in high-performance environments spanning tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
• Demonstrated capability in analytical skills, with a mastery of SQL and Excel
• Significant knowledge of reporting tools like Sigma and Tableau, as well as a deep understanding of the data ecosystem, including Snowflake
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with individual stakeholders and senior leaders
