- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to resolve client requests, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to client support and issue resolution.
- Assist clients with the onboarding process, providing guidance on application and registration procedures, next steps, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Dispatch available vehicles to clients across all regions on an inbound basis, ensuring timely and efficient logistics and transportation support.
- Effectively communicate with clients on how to utilize our client-facing tools, providing training and support to enhance their experience and maximize the value of our services.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, such as a degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED and 3 years of experience, or 7 years of experience in a related field.
