We process feedback in over 40 studies, translated into more than 10 languages and implemented in over 20 countries. As a Senior Data Architect on this team, you'll be instrumental in turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and elevate the customer experience.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Data Architect at arenaflex, you'll serve as a key contributor to the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer ecosystem. Your technical expertise and strategic thinking will help us build robust data infrastructure that supports real-time analytics, standardized metrics, and meaningful customer storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Development and Maintenance: Architect and maintain our new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with our survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our premier survey vendor.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams: Work closely with application teams to define, frame, and capture comprehensive business requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Expand Voice of Customer Knowledge: Develop deep expertise in Voice of the Customer methodologies and leverage this knowledge to design and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform.
  • Design Data Architecture: Create and implement robust data model architectures that support optimal data processing and standardized metric definitions across the enterprise.
  • Deliver Big Data Solutions: Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing.
  • Optimize Computing Performance: Provide guidance to enhance capabilities and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
  • Drive Consumer Story Analysis: Lead consumer story analysis and elaboration, design and develop software programs, and create testing and build automation tools.
  • Automate for Efficiency: Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and operational efficiency across the team.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VoC end-to-end technique.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, and Shell Scripting languages.
  • Project Lifecycle Experience: Strong understanding of development lifecycle management and troubleshooting for data-driven projects.
