**Key Responsibilities**

As a Shopify Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer support to Shopify store owners via live chat on their websites and social media accounts
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Guiding customers through their purchasing process and providing detailed product information
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective customer support strategies

**Essential Qualifications**
