**Job Summary**
As a Team Lead Data Processing, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Data Entry Specialists, developing and implementing new processes and workflows, and ensuring seamless communication between our Regulation Managers/Researchers and data teams. This is a new role that requires exploration and innovative thinking, and we're looking for a talented leader who can help us shape the future of data processing at arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Team Lead Data Processing, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating tasks assigned by our Regulation Managers (RM) to the Data Entry Specialists (DES)
* Organizing the working schedules of the DES
* Liaising with all workflow participants and acting as the point of contact to progress actions
* Providing and maintaining documentation
* Implementing, optimizing, and automating workflows
* Writing requirements for other teams
* Conducting individual coaching and group training sessions
* Performing quality checks
* Managing your team
* Providing reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual DES
* Training new DES team members on the workflows
* Managing the DES team
* Coordinating tasks and work schedules
* Performing quality checks
* Providing reports
* Conducting trainings
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field
* 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator/manager, preferably with both Data Entry Specialist (DES) and non-Data Entry Specialist (DES) teams
* Experience in managing workflows and organizing team members in different time zones
* Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
* Experience in conducting sessions of coaching, mentoring, training in a remote form
* Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency
* Strong attention to detail
* Understanding of large language models (LLM) is a MUST
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working with arenaflex's data processing tools and software
* Familiarity with arenaflex's data operations and workflows
* Experience in data analysis and processing
* Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
* Experience in working with remote teams and managing virtual workflows
