**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our cloud infrastructure and data analytics initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based solutions. Your expertise in program management, data analysis, and process improvement will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
* 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
* 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
* 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
