**Experienced Technical Program Manager – Cloud Infrastructure and Data Analytics**

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
* Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
* Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to move forward
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
* At least 4 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
* 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
* 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Strong business acumen, with experience making data-driven recommendations to drive business outcomes
