**Job Summary**
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions that meet the needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Data Centers (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, ongoing forecasting, and presentations
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize
* Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and customers, to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical projects
* 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth
* Experience with data analysis, including data collection, processing, and visualization
* Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data center operations
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects that span multiple stakeholders and teams
* Experience with technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, and status reporting
* Strong understanding of data center operations, including power, cooling, and networking
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Certification in program management, such as PMP or Agile
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
* Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data center operations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
